When it comes to the filling follow the instructions below to make alternative sushi!
Red Roll
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the rice and place strips of red pepper down the middle.
Alternatively blend together the cream cheese and red pepper until mixed.
Salsa Sushi
Finely chop tomato, cucumber and spring onion and mix together to make a salsa.
Mix in a small amount of chilli flakes depending on how hot you want your sushi to be.
Drain off the excess liquid before using, no one likes soggy sushi!
Subarashii Roll
Place strips of cooked chicken breast and red pepper in the middle of your sushi roll and drizzle with sweet chilli sauce.
Alternatively use the sweet chilli as a dipping sauce instead of soy sauce.
