LOVE sushi!

Dont panic if your round maki rolls look a bit squashed - just put two together and serve them up to your favourite friend! All you need to do is use your roll mat to shape your maki into a tear drop shape by putting pressure on one edge to 'squash it' and you can create these great heart shaped sushi treats. Why not fill with red pepper for a more romantic look.
